Care Assistant Jobs - Full and Part Time

The Role
As a Nest Care Assistant, you’ll visit a small number of private clients in their own homes. We believe in unrushed, person-centred care — so our visits are a minimum of 1 hour.
We offer full training and ongoing support — so you’ll feel confident from day one.
About You
You might have cared professionally before, or looked after a loved one. Either way, what matters most to us is who you are: warm, reliable, patient, and genuinely caring.
You’ll need:
A full UK driving licence, business insurance and full access to your own car
To live within 10 miles of Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead or Slough
Be passionate about care, kind, a team player and possess excellent communication skills.
Availability
Full Time = Availability of 07.00-14.30 (inc. every other weekend) and 16.00-22.00 x 5 days per week.
Part Time Evenings = Availability of 16.00-22.00 (inc. weekends) x 3-5 evenings per week.
Your role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant with Nest Homecare, your role is all about making a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll support clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility assistance, preparing meals, medication reminders, and companionship — helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
No two days are the same, but every day you’ll know your work has a direct impact on someone’s wellbeing.
