Homecare Support

Homecare Support

We aim to help support people to continue to enjoy the pleasures in life in the comfort of their own home

Care and support in the safety and comfort of your own home

We believe it is important to maintain independence and control over decisions in your own environment. To be able to enjoy this freedom, people often need a helping hand. Nest Homecare are on-hand to assist you or your loved one whatever the needs and wishes are. Our care is person-centred and your tailored Care Plan will reflect all these needs. These may include personal care, household tasks, assistance with dressing, trips out to church or shops, a walk in the park, or just a chat with a cup of tea and companionship.
Each client is treated as an individual – with respect, dignity and empathy.

We are also able to offer Double-Up Care Support. This is where a client requires two Care Assistants to assist with certain elements to ensure safety of the client. We are able to provide this support whether it’s live-in care, daily or weekly visits to suit you. We also are able to help with emergency care, respite care, and overnights.

What can we support you with?

Visits to hairdresser or barbers.
Social activities such as going to your local social club, cafe, garden centre and the shops.
Focus on what your interests and passions are: - gardening, arts and crafts, singing and dancing.
Accompaniment on visits to your GP, physiotherapist or hospital.
Help with exercises.
Assistance with your bedtime routine including personal care, oral care and assistance to bed.
And most importantly - a listening ear and a friendly face
