We understand it is essential to have total peace of mind about the care being provided, and we believe itβs essential to have access to the details of each and every care visit especially if you are a family member who does not live near your loved one. Nest will provide you with access to your own unique Family Hub that the Care Staff update after each visit enabling you to view all the details in your own time including:
Your schedule of visits
Daily Diaries - Care Team's notes from each and every visit
Medication Management information
Goal achievements
A section to leave notes for your Care team
