Full-Time Carer in Windsor 
About the role
• To provide Homecare to clients in their own homes in-line with Nest Homecare policies and procedures. 
• To promote client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity. 
• To treat clients with respect and keep them safe. 
• To be flexible and open to extra hours in case of emergency. 
 
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide quality care to clients as outlined in the Care Plan and in accordance with instructions from Care Coordinator and/or Care Manager. 
2. To monitor and report changes in client’s condition. 
3. To keep clear and accurate records in client’s homes. 
4. To feedback all relevant information. 
5. To communicate effectively with clients, their families and colleagues, liaising with other Care professionals as directed by your Manager. 
6. To participate in training and supervision sessions and attend team meetings. 
7. To undertake any other tasks as directed by your Manager. 
8. Develop appropriate relationship with client and their family. 
 
 
Full-Time Carer in Windsor - continued 
Skills & Experience: 
1. Experience as a Carer preferred 
2. Good communication skills with an empathetic and caring attitude with the ability to maintain client confidentiality. 
3. Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
